On request we arrange transport via specialised providers. Costs are calculated transparently in advance.
Customs
Customs and import formalities in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We provide the usual sales and vehicle documents.

Registration in the destination country is handled by the buyer. We support with follow-up questions and proof documents.

How does a reservation work?+
After personal coordination we reserve the vehicle for an agreed period. Details – price, deposit, deadline – are set out in writing.
Which payment options are available?+
Bank transfer (SEPA) is standard; cash on handover is possible within legal limits and by prior arrangement. For international buyers we discuss the payment route case by case.
Do you organise transport?+
On request we arrange transport through specialised providers. Costs are calculated transparently in advance and are not automatically included in the vehicle price.
Do you handle customs and registration?+
Customs and registration in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. We provide the usual vehicle and sales documents and support with follow-up questions.
How does handover work?+
Handover takes place in Mannheim against agreed payment and valid ID. With transport, the vehicle is handed over to the appointed carrier.
Is there a warranty or right of return?+
The scope of warranty is set out per vehicle in the sales contract and discussed transparently in advance.
